Her education, experience, and skills have aided her in successfully negotiating real estate contracts, educating home buyers and sellers, and marketing her listings at a high level. Therese has earned the designations of Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Seller Representative Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Sales and Foreclosure Resource.
